Ride Description and Notes:

Join us for the July Enduro on July 11. We’ll meet at the Holiday Market parking lot to sign in and roll out at 9:00 a.m. The 50-mile route offers plenty of fun on some of Nevada County’s quieter roads. We’ll head out Wolf Road, loop up McCourtney to Indian Springs, then take Spenceville Road to Penn Valley, where we’ll regroup at the Shell Station at mile 18.6. Snacks and water are available there. From there, we’ll tackle the infamous Rough and Ready Road climb into Grass Valley. Our next regroup/rest stop is at mile 27.8, with a Safeway on the left offering bathrooms, food, and water. We’ll then loop south to Rattlesnake Road and Dog Bar for a fast, fun descent before connecting with Magnolia and returning to the start. Temperatures are expected to be in the upper 80s, so please stay well hydrated!

As always, Enduros are not swept. I’ll do a head count at each stop to make sure everyone is accounted for and will likely ride near the back. Please charge your shifter batteries and make sure your bike is in good mechanical condition. Hope to see many of you there.

Sunday rides are at least 40 miles in length, giving moderate level riders the chance to ride a little further than our average distance. You'll find some rides that are flattish and some that are killer hilly. The average pace of the Sunday rides varies hugely based on the distance and the amount of climb. The start location of this ride varies weekly, so check the calendar.
